TICKET SALES AND RESERVATIONS

1. Ticket sales are conducted by Bajka Pana Kleksa Sp. z o.o. (Bajka) with its registered office in Katowice (40-246) at ul. Porcelanowa 23, entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court Katowice-Wschód, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000752524, REGON: 381772256, NIP: 9542798743, hereinafter referred to as ‘Bajka’.
2. In order to purchase tickets online, it is necessary to have an active e-mail account or an active account in the ticket system available at: https://bilety.bajkapanakleksa.pl and https://bilety.kleksmagiakina.pl
3. The Purchase Agreement between the Buyer and Bajka is concluded when the required ticket purchase procedures are completed on the website https://bilety.bajkapanakleksa.pl and https://bilety.kleksmagiakina.pl:
3.1. registration of the Buyer
3.2. submission of an online order by the Buyer;
3.3. The Buyer may purchase a ticket without registering on the website – in such a case, they are required to provide all the necessary data.
3.4. payment by the Buyer for the order via First Data Polska S.A., by card or online transfer,
3.5. receipt by the Buyer of confirmation of the transaction to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
4. After confirmation of payment, the Customer will receive an email with the tickets attached in PDF format.
5. Purchasing tickets online means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. When purchasing tickets online, payments are made through First Data Polska S.A., by payment card or online transfer.
7. Tickets remain the property of Bajka until Bajka confirms that the transfer to Bajka's bank account has been made.
8. Payment for an order that is not confirmed within 15 minutes (in the case of group ticket orders, this period is 14 days) from the time of ordering will result in the automatic cancellation of the order.
9. Payments for tickets are handled by First Data Polska S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 100, via the website www.polcard.pl. The lack of a bank confirmation referred to in §1(7) of the Terms and Conditions means that the money collected by the payment operator may be used for the next purchase or returned to the Buyer's bank account. The Buyer will be informed by email about how to proceed in such a situation by the payment operator – First Data Polska S.A., the owner of the polcard.pl /www.polcard.pl/ portal, which should then be contacted directly.
10. Bajka is not responsible for any consequences resulting from irregularities in the functioning of the First Data Polska S.A. payment system.
11. Ticket prices include VAT.
12. To receive a VAT invoice, select the option – VAT invoice – during the ordering process and provide the correct data necessary to issue it, including tax identification number, company name, company address, and telephone number.
13. Persons making payments through a foreign bank should take into account the costs of banking intermediation, as only full payment within the specified time limit guarantees the execution of the order by Bajka.

GIFT VOUCHER

1. The prices of the above tickets are specified in the price list, available at the following websites: https://bilety.bajkapanakleksa.pl and https://bilety.kleksmagiakina.pl after selecting the event and date, and in the case of gift vouchers - after selecting the group of events called ‘gift voucher’ from the main menu.
2. A service fee of 5% of the total purchase price of tickets for events is added to the price of tickets for individual events. The customer will be informed of the amount of additional fees and the total purchase price before being allowed to purchase a ticket for the event.
3. The following persons are entitled to purchase a reduced-price ticket: children aged 3 to 13.
4. The following persons are entitled to purchase a ticket for PLN 12: children under 3 years of age, persons over 65 years of age, upon presentation of a document entitling them to a discount.
5. The admission ticket is valid for both a child and an adult (when purchasing a ticket for a child, the guardian is also required to purchase a ticket for themselves).
6. It is not possible to purchase a ticket for a child only and leave them in the care of a Kleks. Magia Kina guide.
7. It is possible to reserve tickets for events organised as part of Kleks. Magia Kina.
8. Tickets other than group tickets can only be booked online, via an account on the website https://bilety.bajkapanakleksa.pl and https://bilety.kleksmagiakina.pl
9. To book a visit with a gift voucher, please call Kleks. Magia Kina on the telephone number provided on the voucher.
10. Persons who have purchased discounted tickets through the online sales system are required to present a document entitling them to a discount before entering. Discounted tickets without proof of eligibility for a discount do not entitle the holder to entry and are invalid.
11. The buyer prints the ticket(s) after they have been sent by Bajka or presents them on a mobile device at the Kleks. Magia Kina reception desk.
12. Tickets to Kleks. Magia Kina entitle the holder to enter the exhibition at the purchased time.
13. It is possible to reserve or purchase individual tickets on the day of the visit at the latest, provided that there are places available for admission to Kleks. Magia Kina.
14. In the case of workshops organised by Bajka, tickets for a specific event will be sold separately or together with a standard ticket, depending on Bajka's decision.
15. When registering, the Buyer is required to provide the following information: first name, last name, telephone number, email address.
16. If the Buyer has already registered an account via the website https://bilety.bajkapanakleksa.pl, the user account has already been created and cannot be recreated.
17. Bajka is not responsible for the consequences of the Customer providing incorrect or false data in the online order form or failing to read these Terms and Conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE AND RESERVATION OF GROUP TICKETS

1. Group tickets are intended for organised groups of at least 15 people and one supervisor for every 15 people. In the case of groups with disabled persons, the number of supervisors is subject to individual agreement. The group supervisor is responsible for the group participants throughout their stay at Kleks. Magia Kina.
2. Group tickets can be booked online by the person responsible for contact with schools or the relevant sales agent.
3. Reserved tickets must be paid for online or by bank transfer to Bajka's bank account no later than 7 days before the planned visit.
4. Reservations must be made at least 14 days before the date of the visit.

COMPLAINTS, REFUNDS AND TICKET EXCHANGES

1. Tickets and vouchers are non-refundable.
2. It is also not possible to change the date of an individual ticket.
3. In the case of group tickets, it is possible to exchange them for a voucher entitling the holder to enter Kleks. Magia Kina for people who, due to illness or other reasons, have not used their ticket. The voucher is valid for 3 months.
4. All complaints must be submitted within two working days of purchasing the tickets to the following email addresses:
warszawa@kleksmagiakina.pl - for the location in Warsaw;
bilety@kleksmagiakina.pl - for the location in Katowice.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Tickets purchased through the Bajka website may not be copied, altered or scanned.
2. Bajka ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available at bajkapanakleksa.pl and in accordance with the GDPR.
3. Bajka is not responsible for the functioning of the Internet network through which the Buyer purchases tickets.
4. Bajka is not responsible for messages or other data lost or misplaced on the Internet, individual computer settings and their configuration, as well as settings or interruptions in the provision of services by Internet access providers.
5. Bajka is not responsible for tickets damaged or lost by the Buyer.
